You can access Päijät-Sote digital services with the free OmaMehiläinen smartphone app or online service. Sending pictures during a Digital Clinic chat can be done most easily with a smartphone.

How to use Digital Clinic

Choose a channel and a professional suitable for your needs.
Start a chat
You can describe your symptoms in your own words or answer the questions in a symptoms survey.
You will be contacted in just a few minutes
A physician or a nurse will ask you more detailed questions. The treatment plan will remain available in the chat. You will be given a prescription or a referral for further examinations or tests, if necessary.
Add the information of your child or another family member into the application. The family profile enables you to use the Digital Clinic services on behalf of a child, for example.
