The residents of Lahti, Iitti and Kärkölä can quickly get treatment without an appointment. Remote appointments with doctors can be used to treat symptoms and diseases that do not require a physical examination.

Our physicians are on call every day from 6 am to 12 am and the nurses from 12 am to 6 am.

The chat is answered by educated nurses and social workers that will help you with your concerns and thoughts as well as problems regarding life management and coping.

You can access Päijät-Sote digital services with the free OmaMehiläinen smartphone app or online service. Sending pictures during a Digital Clinic chat can be done most easily with a smartphone.

How to use Digital Clinic

Open Digital Clinic
Choose a channel and a professional suitable for your needs.
Start a chat
You can describe your symptoms in your own words or answer the questions in a symptoms survey.
You will be contacted in just a few minutes
A physician or a nurse will ask you more detailed questions. The treatment plan will remain available in the chat. You will be given a prescription or a referral for further examinations or tests, if necessary.

Add the information of your child or another family member into the application. The family profile enables you to use the Digital Clinic services on behalf of a child, for example.
